Something can always break - and of course it's always annoying. In my case the inner ring of the magnetic disk broke. BUT: A short email to support and a response was received within a very short time that they would send me the spare part free of charge. Wow - that's what I call customer service!

lvbu has customer service response like I've never seen. I had a problem with the magnetic pedal sensor. They sent a new one and I received it within a matter of days. My son has adopted my bike. He rides it nearly every day with no problem. We ordered the bigger battery and one day, when I get my bike back, I look forward to taking it on longer rides. I love cycling again
