LVBU Factory provides wheels in various sizes, including 16 inches, 20 inches, 24 inches, 26 inches, 27.5 inches, 29 inches, and 700C, which can be installed on most bicycles available in the market. However, before installation, it is necessary to check the fork opening and clearance size of your bicycle.

Disc brake bicycles use a disc brake rotor and caliper for braking. There are two types of disc brakes: hydraulic disc brakes and mechanical disc brakes. Hydraulic disc brakes use hydraulic fluid to push the brake caliper and generate braking force, while mechanical disc brakes utilize a cable connected to the brake lever to actuate the caliper.

Bicycles equipped with disc brakes typically have a fork opening of around 10cm and can use disc brake wheelsets. The disc brake wheelsets from LVBU Factory are equipped with external rotor motors, providing a higher cost-performance ratio. On the other hand, rim brakes rely on two brake pads clamping against the rim to generate braking force. Bicycles with rim brakes usually have a smaller fork opening, possibly around 8cm, and they can use rim brake wheelsets. The rim brake wheelsets from LVBU Factory feature internal rotor motors, making them slightly more expensive.

Therefore, when selecting a LVBU Factory wheelset, you should first determine whether your bicycle uses disc brakes or rim brakes, and confirm if the fork opening and clearance meet the requirements for installation. For disc brake wheelsets, the fork opening should be approximately 10cm ± 0.5cm, and the clearance should be around 10mm ± 0.5mm. For rim brake wheelsets, the fork opening should be around 8cm ± 0.5cm, and the clearance should also be approximately 10mm ± 0.5mm. If the fork opening or clearance is not sufficient, you may be able to slightly spread the fork, but the maximum distance should not exceed 1cm to avoid damaging the fork.

Regardless of whether you have a mountain bike, road bike, touring bike, folding bike, or tricycle, as long as it meets the above requirements, you can generally install a LVBU Factory wheelset. Don't hesitate any longer, come and give it a try!
